Privacy, in plain words.

When you send an enquiry, Vault Insurance Advisory receives your name, mobile number, email, the topic you select, any preferred insurers and any message you choose to add. We use these details to respond to your request.

Your enquiry and confirmation

Your enquiry is stored in our enquiry system. Our email provider sends a confirmation to the address you provide. The details you submit are also sent to hello@vaultinsurance.in so our team can read your enquiry and respond directly by email. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

What to leave out

Please do not submit medical records, identity documents, passwords or payment details through this form. We will discuss any documents needed when we speak.

Website measurement

We count page views, form starts, saved enquiries, and clicks on call and WhatsApp links. These counts do not include the text you type into the form. Campaign labels in the link you follow may be saved with your enquiry. A call or WhatsApp click does not tell us whether you completed a conversation. The website respects your browser’s Do Not Track setting for these optional counters.

Keeping the service working

Short lived security records help limit automated submissions and sign in attempts. The admin area uses a session cookie when a team member signs in. Hosting and messaging providers may maintain operational logs for their services.

Your choices

Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for marketing. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for follow up, email hello@vaultinsurance.in or call +91 74834 66836. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect deletion.
